pH Out of Balance?

Feeling tired, a little lethargic? Maybe your pH is a little out of wack. Your blood pH, the balance between acid and alkaline, should be just a little alkaline, around 7.45. If it is too high, or more likely too low or too acidic it can set you up for increased alergic reactions, inflammation problems, tiredness, and a host of other issues. On a longer term basis a too acidic body can weaken your muscles and make you more prone to osteoporosis. You can increase your alkalinity by eating more green vegetables or, more easily, by taking a green drink like Envy Greens . Feel better, stay strong and youthful. Eat your greens.
